Are all GreenBeautyBox products organic or natural?

Yes. Every verified manufacturer is required to supply the complete list of ingredients that make up their product which we clearly display on our website. We demand that every ingredient is either certified organic or natural. Only those brands that meet our strict requirements and guidelines are selected as partners, as outlined on our vendor information page.

Our products are free from synthetic preservatives, artificial colours, fragrances, paraben, petrochemicals, fillers, and chemical additives found in many conventional products.

**Please note that this does not apply to Sheswai Lacquer! This is because the only non-toxic nail-polish are water-based. However, feedback has shown that customers did not like water-based nail polish solutions because they wash out as soon as they are in contact with water which is not efficient.

Are the products you offer “hypo-allergenic”?

The term “hypo-allergenic” refers to an ingredient or product that is found to pose a low potential to irritate or cause allergic reactions. Because our products use natural or organic ingredients, they are gentle and are well-tolerated by those with sensitive skin. However, if you have any known allergies, please check the full list of ingredients we display for each product you want to acquire, in order to prevent potential reaction. We highly recommend trying samples of products you have not used before on hidden parts of your skin to check and rule out any allergic reactions: if you observe any adverse reaction such as redness or other irritation of the skin, please immediately discontinue use. We do offer free samples (with a purchase) of many of our skin care and personal care products.

How does using organic and natural products make a difference?

Natural and organic products are free from synthetic chemicals which are increasingly recognised as adverse and harmful for the health of both our skin, our overall body and the environment. This dramatically reduces our exposure to health risks and cultivates a healthier, more harmonious synergy with our environment.

Results vary from one person to another, and are based on one’s health, skin condition, as well as diet and lifestyle. However, organic product manufacturers and increasingly the cosmetic market (through its growing set of natural and organic standards) believe that with regular and routine product use, consumers will get benefits of high quality skin care while cutting down the increasingly-recognised adverse, cumulative effects of synthetic chemicals found in many traditional products.


Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday and Saturday are processed on the following Sunday. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you right away via email or telephone. Orders will typically arrive within 2-3 business days depending on where you live.We are not responsible for late shipments due to carrier delays.

Complimentary UAE shipping is available when you spend AED 500.00 or more, and will automatically be available at checkout.

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges that incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to GreenBeautyBox. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

International Orders

For orders outside of the UAE, your local authorities may hold and assess additional customs and duty fees on your order, which you will need to pay prior to order delivery. These fees and the delivery times for your order are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Any order cancellations or refunds after the order has shipped are subject to our standard Return Policy.


Our Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have purchase with us, you may return the item within 5 days of delivery, for a full refund, less shipping charges, applied discounts, or value-added gift items, where and when applicable. Returns must be in the state you received them and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item

- Simply send us an email to hello(at) and we will send you a return form

- Repack the item in its original packaging

- Ship the item via insured courier according to the instructions on your email return receipt after completing the form.

Returning Sale or Promotional Items

If you chose to return an item from an order which qualified for a promotion, such as a gift with purchase, a discount, or free shipping, the value of that promotion will be removed, causing a deduction in the refund amount.

If you chose to return an item which qualified you for a "gift with purchase" offer, please ensure that you return the promotional item as well, to avoid the value of the item being deducted from your refund.

If you chose "Store Credit" instead of "Refund", you will receive the full value of return for the price you paid.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.

Accessories must be returned within 7 days or receipt, in new condition, with all tags and packaging. Samples are non-refundable.

Colour Information

While GreenBeautyBox has tried to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
